About

Namaste!
I am Brijesh Chandrakar

Software EngineerIIT KanpurDurg, Chhattisgarh

I grew up in Dalli Rajhara, a small mining town in Chhattisgarh - ringed by jungle, clean water bodies, wildlife, desi varieties of fruits and vegetables, and good people.

I am a software engineer with 5+ years of experience in building web and mobile applications. I currently work at Hardskills where I tackle the whole stack - design, architecture, frontend, backend, operations and solving anything that needs solving. I hold a B.Tech–M.Tech dual degree from the Biological Sciences and Bioengineering department at IIT Kanpur, where I published research on metal-binding motifs in proteins.

Beyond work, I am an avid trekker with over a dozen Himalayan expeditions. Other pastimes include football, chess, cooking, and occasionally writing on various topics.
